History
Cantrell & Morgan, Inc. was founded by Heyward Cantrell and Chris Morgan in 2002. Prior to C&M being formed, Cantrell Real Estate, Inc. concentrated on commercial real estate brokerage and appraisal services. C&M experienced considerable growth from 2003 until 2011 when Jim Loftin, President of C&M, acquired Mr. Cantrell’s interest in the company. Since 2011, C&M has expanded its development division into numerous retail and mixed-use projects throughout the southeastern United States as well as Texas. C&M was ranked as the top locally owned, privately held real estate company and eighth overall in Northeast Florida in 2016.
